HPT

I was wondering if anybody knows if taking your test in the morning versus in the afternoon makes a difference? i had 2 5 day morulas transferred and this monday is when i have my beta however, i took a hpt test today around 4pm and it cames back with only one line so basically negative. should it make a big difference if take it in the morning? i know they say that morning urine is the best to use but wouldn't i have seen even a faint line or something? anything?
