WHAT'S THE DEAL????

So last cycle and this cycle, I have been using Progesterone cream. Used it last cycle and got my period with no problems. Well, granted I did not take it the whole time I was supposed to. I started a little later in my cycle. But still nonetheless, I still got my period no problems and no cramps. Well this current cycle, I used the progesterone the way I was supposed to. Cycle day 12 to cycle day 26. My temp spiked so my midwife told me to keep using it until I tested negative on a pregnancy test. Well Tested negative so I stopped using the cream on CD 28. Well I have not tested positive on a p-test. I am currently at CD32 and I got my cycles back down to 27 day cycles. I have been cramping for 8 straight days. All last week, I have been going to bed at 8:30 every night except one night when to bed at 7:30. Monday-Sunday When I went to bed at the early times, I would not wake up till the next morning when my alarm would go off telling me to temp. I would feel awake and ready for the day when I get up, but around 12-2, I would get really tired again like I haven't slept in years. Wednesday, I felt like I was in a haze all day. I just felt out of all day. I am bloated and having lower back pain, constipated, having mild headaches (like mild in the sense that I can feel the pressure behind my eyes), I had my first migraine last week as well. Having some nausea with dry gags, Changes in appetite. Nipples really tender to the touch. Yeah that's about it. WHAT DO YOU LADIES THINK IS GOING ON???????? Progesterone side effects, AF on her way or BFP?

Well its good to hear that the cream what prevent my cycle. My midwife told me to get off it CD 28. Its not CD34. Still no AF. She said that if I am pregnant, Waiting till Wednesday- Friday to see if I need to start the cream again would not hurt. I plan on getting beta results by Friday hopefully. Its just annoying not knowing. My DH an I were not even trying this cycle

I would continue the progesterone cream until AF starts. Progesterone cream will not prevent your cycle from starting, and in the case that a BFP is on the way, you'd want to still be on it. I know sometimes the progesterone can delay your period a bit, so what's going on is normal, especially since you took it like you were supposed to this month. Start taking it again, and wait for AF, but hopefully a BFP!! Good luck! :)
