I'm sorry i just re-read your post and realized you mention using kits and calendars. Just keep doing what your doing. You've got the right idea. Hang in there:)
Hang in there I know it is frustrating. Have you tried using over the counter ovulation predictor kits? Sometimes those are helpful to pinpoint the best days. Another thing you can do is have your boyfriend go for a sperm analysis, thats the least invasive way to test him, and then if after a year still nothing, talk to the doc again. I know your anxious to get preggo, and its different for everyone, some women get preggo right away and for others it takes time. I know plenty of girls who have gotten preggo after 3 months and for me its been over 3 years and still nothing. Just keep an eye on your cycle, get to know your body better, start charting temps etc and gather all the info you can. that way when you get to the doc (if need be) you will be prepared to answer a lot of their questions.
sometime it does take longer than 6 months. I wouldn't worry too much till you've been trying for a year. You can usually take a HPT 2 weeks after you ovulated. Best of luck to you.
Some times It just takes time to get pregnant. Just enjoy the ride. It took be about 8 months with my last one.
