I know how you feel. My last iui my dr told me everything looked perfect--4 follicles, good lining, husband's sperm was good, and the timing was perfect. It got my hopes up but I didn't get pregnant. Of course, I was 39 which probably has a lot to do w/ it...
Good luck this time around!
I'm not sure measurements-wise, but they said that everything was perfect the day before we did our first IUI and at a followup appointment 10 days later they said the lining was thick....so I'm guessing that's good? This is my 2nd cycle with IUI, the first failed attempt left me feeling absolutely miserable and completely disappointed. I just want to get a feeling for how likely this is to actually work. When they told me everything was "perfect" I was sure I would get pregnant....but I didn't.
I didn't know that the lining being thin (or thick?) could effect your odds of getter preggers. It's crazy how all the stars must allign for us to get pregnant when we want to...oi.

It sounds like your odds should be pretty good. Do you know what your lining is? My RE says odds are about 20% per cycle regardless of # follicles, etc., but it seems to me that odds should be higher than that with multiple follicles and well-timed iui. I had 3 cycles of clomid with timed bd and 3 follicles each time but my lining was on the thin side each time and RE thinks that is why I have not gotten pg yet. Good luck to you!
