First off I would start off with tracking when you ovulate, you can do this by either taking your basal body temp, checking your CM (cervical mucus), checking your cervix position, or by taking OPK's (ovulation predictor kits). I used the OPK's myself, and found that the First Response and ClearBlue ones worked really well, but if you don't want to spend a whole lot of money on the tests you can always buy them at the dollar store. You can also try FertilAid which is designed to restore Hormonal Balance & Promote Fertility, Prenatal pills, so that your getting the recommended amount of Folic Acid, and many other vitamins and herbs to help your body regulate. I myself never used any herbs or vitamins, besides the prenatals but that's because my Dr recommended that I start taking prenatal vitamins 3 months before TTC (Trying To Conceive). You can also try using a product called pre-seed found at babyhopes.com, I myself did indeed use this product after TTC for almost 7 months, I found the product and thought what do I have to loose, (besides time) it is the only lubricant that is safe for sperm, and helps the sperm get to where they need to go. I absolutely LOVE this product and recommend it to EVERYONE!
