Who could be the father?

i had protected sex on Aug. 17 and to my knowledge the condom did not break and on Aug. 30 I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend were he ejaculated inside me. My period is irregular and can range from 37-39 days. My ultrasound dated me today at around 10weeks and 2days which puts me at a conception of Aug. 24 or 25.

I am trying to understand how can the dates be before my unprotected sex. I know sperm can live  for a few days but to think the first sex partner is the father boggles my mind. I had protected sex and his sperm would have to live around seven days.

I took off the extra two weeks. If I am 10 weeks and 2 days that means I am actually 8 weeks and 2 days pregnant right?

Based on my period I got pregnant over 21 days after the first day of my period which means I ovulate really late.

If you used protection with the other guy, I would think your BF is the father. The gestational age is probably just a little off. But like babyseeker said, the only way to know for sure is to do a blood test.

Also, when you say conception date, based on the gestational age, is on 8-24 or 25, did you calculate the extra two weeks after your period. When they do gestational age, they base it on the first day of your last period, and conception typically occurs at day 14, so two weeks after the first day used to calculate gestational age.

So, the first incident was not with your BF? Or it was with your BF with a condom?
I'm confused.

When I was a teenager I had protected sex while on the Depo shot and still got pregnant so it can happen. My guess is you got prego from the first incident. If it was with 2 different guys, the only way to tell who is the father for sure would be to have a DNA test done upon the baby's arrival.
