When to test?? Advice please!!

So this is my first ivf cycle and I am 5 days past my day three transfer and getting kinda impatient during this 2ww. We transferred two 4 cell embies but they were all we had. They were the only ones thst made it  the other two wmbies we had stopped growing and one was abnormal so we didnt have any to freez. I woke up with a dream this morning that i had a positive pregnancy test so decided to test this morning and it was negative. Would it be possible to get a positive at this time on a 5day sooner test? This 2ww is KILLING me! I don't think I am pregnant because I don't feel any different and the test I took this morning was negative. Any advice anyone? I have been doing firtility treatments for almost 3 yeas now, but just moved on to IVF.

I know the waiting is the hardest part. I did the same thing. Wait a few more days and try again. My HPT was positive a week before my scheduled test with the lab. Good luck!

Don't test this early.  It will just waste your time.  The doctor does a blood test in two weeks because there is the possibility that before that it will be too early.  What makes you feel that a home test will catch things a week before the doctor can catch them with a blood test?
