ovulation pains...ugggh!

Hi,
Every month around ovulation time i get those lovely ovulation pains. My pain is always on the left, never do I get pain on my right side. Once in a great while I will have a month where I do not have any pains, but those months are rare. So here is my question:
This month I got my first + opk on Tues 8/19 around 12:30 pm and second and third + on Wed 8/20. We bd on Sat 8/16, once in the am and once in pm on Mon 8/18 and once in pm on Tues 8/19. I was sure I must have ovulated on Wed because that was my second + opk but I did not have any ovulation pain. I thought I was unusual but was still certain I must have ovulated that is until Thurs when I started to feel my o pain. I usually track my BBT but I think my thermometer must be broken because it gives me very unusual temps (i'm talking like 93-95 degree). My question is why do I only get pains on my left? And can you ovulate and experience pains afterwards or do you only get pains before and during the egg being released? What do you think my chances are this month? Ugggh! I've been trying for 18 months, you think i would have all this stuff figured out by now.

I got O pains after this month to, but I think it was the egg traveling down my tube. it lasted the same, 2-3 days. It sounds to me like that is what you are experiencing. Also my DR told me that everyone doesn't O on different sides everytime. You probly O on your left side most months. For me it's my right. I hope this helps, and I hope you get your BFP!!!!
