tmi question post HSG

I had an HSG done yesterday there was a little bit of pain but I was fortunate not to have cramping afterwards. Now today I was checking my cervical position 1 day after the HSG and my vagina was very tight and dry almost swollen like and inside around the cervix was really thick white stuff inside me like paper or something. I am feeling fine no fever or pains but I can't imagine why my vagina is so closed and dry with this white stuff can anyone help figure this out?????????

Thank you everyone I feel better now......I am on CD12 so will see if I ovulate soon. I am off the clomd this month so not sure if it will happen. I'm super excited to have my first visit with my RE next monday.

After I had my HSG I had grey chunky stuff come out!  I was so freaked.. and I called my Dr. and they told me it was normal.  Just the dye combined with the gunk in your tubes.  It was not an infection and only lasted a day.

Yes, i too ahve undergone a hsg before 5 months,,i had nice bleeding and greatpain after that,,,regarding that white stuff, could be a cause of any infection or may be the reaction of he cervical mucus to the medicine,,,just use some antiinfectant diluted,,and check,,if not take any antibiotics to clean the uterine tract,,as any infection may harm sperm from getting in,,Are u close to ovulation?
Good luck to you,,,
