abbreviation confused
What does FAM stand for? I know af, bfn, ok pt are but fam is.
FAM is the "fertility awareness method". as opposed to the Rhythm method (28 day cycle and you ovulate around day 14). there's a pretty good book called "taking charge of your fertility" if you're interested. it's basically about being aware of your fertility/ovulation symptoms rather than just counting the days of your cycle (not every woman's is the same as the next). the website for the book is tycof.com but I'm sure there are countless site about the FAM method too. hope that helps :)
