i do not use the line tests, only digital so there is no worry of faint lines.
lines will be faint until the HCG builds up alot. try not to worry. get a clear blue digital test and that will make you happy to see the word PREGNANT rather than guess how dark a line is:)
I know it's scary, but I really think the girls are right. You haven't gone past af time and lots and lots of women get very faint lines well into their pregnancy. I am hoping and praying for your beta to come back with a beautiful high number.
Hugs,
Sue
Thank you all for your comments. I called my doctor and he told be to go to the lab this morning to confirm. I guess the blood test will more accurately show the result. I will keep you all posted.
Thanks again
Lily
Think positive thoughts. It's a great deal that you got the faint positive. It is still postive.
Keep up the happy thoughts and like the other ladies mentioned, try again in a few days to see what happens. Good luck to you. I am sure all is fine!

sorry I obviously didn't read that part of your comment that you had already tested in the morning!! Don't mind me, just have prego brain!!! Still sounds positive!!
I wouldn't worry yourself just yet. You didn't say that you have any bleeding so that's a good sign. The cramps could just be your insides starting to stretch. When I found out I was pregnant I tested about 2 days AFTER AF was due and it was so faint you could barely see it. I then tested again 3 days later and it was only slightly darker but still very faint. I then tested the following morning and it came up a dark positive straight away. You say that you tested at night. I would recommend doing it first thing in the morning because at that time you have the strongest amount of HCG in your system. It has always been said that a line is a line so it sure sounds positive right now. Good luck!! Oh, and just to let you know I am now 24 wks pregnant!!
I think the lines may be faint because you've tested 3 days before your AF is due. And the cramps that your experienced are typical; many women believe they are getting their AF because their early pregnancy symptoms are so similar to PMS!
Every woman is different, but most women don't start feeling that typical nausea until week 6 or 7 of their pregnancy.
Please don't worry, although it's easy for me to say! Good luck and congratulations on your pregnancy!
I agree with Maria, wait another few days, 2-3 to test again, that line should become darker!!!
the likelyhood of m/c few times in a row is very slim, don't be sad yet and just wait..as far as pregnancy symptoms, more women then not have no symptoms at first at all!! For example, myself :)
I had no symptoms, no sore breasts or anything!
Dont worry, May be its too early when you tested. Test after couple of days and see. Call your doctor and ask for a blood test. Good luck to you!!!
