About 4 days ago i got a bad cramping I thought i was going to get my period but I didn't i just spotted and then it went away i was still cramping for two days can that mean im pregnant?? Took a home pregnancy test came out negative should i wait longer???

Yes I think you should wait a but longer cramping could mean a sign of the egg embedding Once that happens then it release the pregnancy hormones so wait a couple of days or so good luck
