I wouldn't rule yourself out yet - that old blood could be due to the implantation! It's really one of the more frustrating aspects of ttc, in my opinion - the 'it's never over til it's over' concept! You really need to take care of yourself and just wait it out! You'd be surprised how many women posted that AF arrived just to have a BFP within the next few days!
Be good to yourself, that's the most importatn thing!
Also, AmyK164 is right aboutthe L-Carnitine - my DH just started taking Fertility Blend - it is a nice supplement to a multi-vitamin for men!!

Since I'm sure you're doing everything under the moon to better your chances, here's one more thing....Have you ever heard of proxceed--it's a daily supplement to help increase quality & quantity of sperm. The main ingrediant is L-Carnitine which you can find at any vitamin isle for little money. Even though his count is norm--can't hurt to pick up the L-Carnitine and let him take it with his morning juice.....Good luck to you.

well, it looks as if AF found me this morning- right now its old blood it appears but I am guessing AF is gonna hit me full charge :( I have been Trying on and off for over 4 years for # 2.... According to Ovusoft I am 10 dpo... so who knows ... The DR say that there isn't nothing wrong with me and DH sperm count is norm...
I am no expert by any means, but it looks like it could be an implantation dip! Unfortunately, only time will tell :) Sending SSBD to you!! If the temp stays up past 18DPO, I would test - (I was high until day17 then AF showed...)
