4 dpo - HOLY poo it is DRAGGING!!! Help me plan something! (Just in case I get a BFP!)
I wanna scream - it is dragging along slower than any other cycle! Come on! DH asked when I went in for the test and I just said "I dunno, around the beginning of the month". I totally know when I am going in (sept 2nd)! I just don't want him to know - mainly because if it is positive I wanna do something HUGE! I just need some ideas - just in case. I know I am counting chickens before they hatch but I want some ideas - JUST IN CASE!
SO, ladies - JUST IN CASE - give me some ideas for something huge! Can't be too out of the ordinary, don't want him to suspect anything beforehand. I was surprise the **** out of him if I get a BFP. So, cross your fingers and give me some ideas! HUGS to all and SSBD to us all!!!!!

MISS CONCEPTION is a new release that just came out recently at our local movie store. It's kinda cute.
There you go, rent a bunch of movies abut Babys. We're having a baby, Baby Boom, She's having a baby, you get the idea
You guys are awesome. I don't know if I would be able to hold it in. Can we think of anything to do the night I find out. I would know in the morning (probably). I think I might take that day off! I will be either depressed or so excited I will die. Think I will plan a good movie for that day :)
what about if you send him in a little scavanger hunt. Is a little bit of work but I think totally worthy, I remember my husband did this to me for a birthday surprise.
Pick a day to surprise him, this day leave him a note to go a friend house for coffee, tea or even to a coffee shop (where you have arranged ahead of time to leave him a note with directions for the next step)
On the note send him to go an pick up a books at the library you have ordered among these book you may have some baby name book. (leave another note for him at the pick up desk with more instructions to continue the fun)
You can always end the hunt at a maternity clothes stores, or at a child care place (but remember you need to doyour homework ahead of time)
I think it could be fun and if he likes surprises this can be quite exciting.

My DH has this thing for peanut butter cookies so I was going to go on www.cookiesbydesign.com and have a message written on the cookies saying something goofy like congratulations from your baby mama
When my friend was pregnant, we sent her DH a little gift basket with his favorite stuff in it to his work. But in the middle of the basket was a baby bottle filled with candy and a note attached saying Congratulations!
To bad you can't get his favorite celebraty to tell him...LOL... that would be great.
Tell him you need to go shopping for new clothes and take him to the maternity stores and buy maternity clothes, he would get the idea....LOL.
Take him to dinner, but have the hostess put a big note inside his menu that says
"WE ARE PREGNANT"
That would be a great one....LOL.

My ideas would be to set an extra setting at the table with a little gift box on the plate with the announcement inside of it
you could get a baby outfit that is of his fav team with matching little itty bitty shoes
or you could do this- and yes it is cheeesy as heck but you could plan a really intimate night and when you are in bed and kissing get one of those baby cry dolls and right when he is getting into it--- hand him the doll with a diaper and wipes and say- better get used to this because in 9 months this is what you will be doing!!!!!!

get the tiniest gender neutral (yellow or green will do) outfit you can find and put it somewhere you know he'll see it.

What I am planning on doing when (that's right, when not if!) I finally get my BFP is to take a pic of it on my camera phone and send it to him. I little boring, but I know he'll appreciate it! Good luck to you!

I have been thinking of ways to suprise my DH to, but it will be hard since he knows everything. When AF is due and is always asking. Anyway, some of the ideas I have come up with are:
Take him to a nice dinner and give him a gift. Like a Daddy book.
Take a white T Shirt and draw a big smile face on it and have it say "Hi Daddy" and wear it to his work.
Show up w/ congradulation balloons.
Use the word baby in every sentence until he catches on....LOL
