clomid for male infertility?

I have been ttc for 2 years.  My DH has significant male factor infertility.  We have tried two rounds of IUI with no success and my Dr says we should probably try to improve his counts before trying again, so he refered us to a urologist.  He is booked up until the end of January, so I am trying to figure out what kinds of questions to ask when we do finally get in.  Has anyone heard of using clomid in men to improve counts?  Has anything else worked for anyone out there?

I have heard Clomid works on male infertility.  I think it corrects only certain types of male infertility caused by a certain factor though.  Of course I can't remember exactly what it was, but ask your doctor, I'm sure he would be familiar with using it.

I have heard that Saw Palmetto is a good herbal supplement for men's motility.  It also helps with general prostate health.

I hear zinc works. I don't know if it does but thats what I read in my taking charge of your fertility book.  good luck..
