Does polycyst ovaries effect to become pregnant ?

I have pcos and I have trying to get pregnant for almost 2 years .. Make sure u check ur self out at the doctors .. Pcos effects everyone differently some get pregnant naturally some need help

I hd irregular periods....but from past 1 yr its regular....does it mean my infertility  problem(I mean the pcod) is solved..??? But I still hav unwanted hair growth on my face...n im over weight...but im on a diet as well as regular excises....

If your ovulation is irregular it can make it difficult to conceive, because it is harder to time sex correctly. Also, you may not be ovulating at all and think you are--you can get a period from an anovulatory cycle. No ovulation= no baby.
