MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello there,
Primolut is used for regularizing periods. The duration and dosage of treatment can be decided only by your treating doctor.Clomid is used for inducing ovulation. Pregnancy is the commonest cause of delayed periods if you are not using any contraception. Few other causes of lower abdominal pain are PIDs,ovarian cysts, fibroids, STIs, RTIs etc.Since your pregnancy test is negative and your periods are delayed you need to be evaluated for hormonal imbalances, ovulation dysfunction and thyroid disorders etc.Consult your gynecologist. A clinical examination and tests like pelvic scan, hormonal assay may be helpful. Keep me posted with more queries. Hope it helps.
Best luck and regards!
