About 5 follies larger than 10mm

CD 7 and after 3 days of Follistim I have a couple of 12, 11 and 10's. Another US Weds. These numbers seem good to me since usually they get to about 18mm by CD5 without meds. Do you get even bigger ones that 18mm??? More Follistim means even bigger than 18 or just ovulate sooner in the cycle? Thanks.

Cool we are a day apart. I meant to say mine get to 18mm on CD15 not CD5. If that were the case I would not need Follistim. Good luck Thursday.
I think more follistim to produce more follicles.
After 4 days of follistim I have 10 follicles on the right from 8-12, and 8 from left 5-11. Another US on thursday.
