Good luck Sally. I'll have my second IUI next week and currently taking letrozole (femara) 5mg days 3-7. Hopefully this round works.

femara 2.5 mg did not make any difference for me.
Femara 5 mg for days 2 - 6 shortens my cycle by about 1 week (ovulate about day 14 instead of around day 20-21). My previous femara cycle resulted in my second daughter (with IUI). Am in middle of a new cycle now and did the IUI 2 days ago. So TWW for now.
