Why in the world am I getting ovary pains and I am done ovulating?

I O'd 5 days ago....and pretty much since my 3dpo I have had on and off ovary pains.  Last night I had one in my right ovary that made me stop in my tracks...the others are just pains....more than twinges.  And my lower back is hurting pretty bad.  Does anyone know why this might be happening?  I am not on any meds this month...so I am au naturale.

it sounds like cysts maybe from meds. i got it this round and thats what they told me. i wouldnt worry

maybe implantation???  I don't know -- if it gets worse or lingers call your dr.
