have had positive ovulation tests (LH surge) 12 days in a row

I am 29 years old. I've been tracking my ovulation using Answer 20-day strips. I've always had irregular periods. The first day of my last period was 7/28.  I started getting positive LH surge results starting on 8/08. But I have continued to have a positive ovulation test every day since... it's been 12 days so far. I never did detect the egg-white mucous associated with ovulation as I have in months past. Can you tell me why I continue to get these positive results so many days in a row? This has not happened during other cycles. I did have intercourse on the first day I got a positive result, but my bf pulled out before ejaculation. Oh, and for the last several days I've noticed a thicker white discharge and an odor.

You should really take a HPT.  Sometimes the opks are more sensitive than others. Hoping you get a BFP HPT.

If you have higher Levels of Lh, the Answer brand may appear pos and really be negative. If you take a peek in my photos, you will see an example. The one in the photo is much darker than control line, but the digi shows it is neg. Answer brand must also be as thick as the contol line. I really like the brand because of their cost and the fact I test often and for a long time. But, most of the time I need to confirm a pos result with them.  As pp poster said too, opks will turn pos when an hpt would. Lh and Hcg are almost identical in makeup.
