help with concieving

I have been trying to get pregnant for 10 monthes with no success. I do have one child that was delivered by
C-Section. Since their birth I have had adomominal pain that my ob-gyn says is nerve damage. Could this be causing my inability to get pregnant? I have not done any fertility testing yet. also it took a long time to concieve our first child should my husband see a docter as well?

After 10 months of trying to should think about doing some tests.  Also, a C-section can cause scar tissue that may hinder conception as well.  It's better to do infertility tests sooner rather than later.
Good luck to you!
