I would definitely use an ovulation kit and start taking prenatal vitamins. It's never too early to start. My doctor said that you really need them in your system before pregnancy to receive the best benefits.
If possible, you might want to see a fertility specialist. Most insurances will pay for at least the consultation.
Good luck and Keep us posted! :)
Use an ovulation calendar to track your most fertile days then hold off as much as possible except those days.
Building up the sperm as much as possible before they attack ;)
The trick is not to try. Dont let that be the only thing you think about the entire time especially during sex. You have to not stress so much so.your body can relax and get those hormones flowing.. lol
I've heard that taking prenatals before getting pregnant can help. And yes, sex every other day, it does help him. Actually unless you are ovulating or close to it, you're just having "fun". Sperm usually lives inside your uterus for about 3 to 5 days.
My last pregnancy was over 6 yrs ago! I'm currently 36 weeks pregnant! I honestly thought I couldn't have anymore kids...I tried for awhile about 2yrs ago and then this pregnancy was unexpected... so I guess when its the right time it'll happen ;) Good luck!
First baby we had to use fertility dr and we did 2 rounds of IUI. This baby we were able naturally, but I used ovulation sticks to know when to do it. And I've heard u want to wait at least a day between because his "stuff" will build up better than if u have sex everyday.
