I have had laproscopy surgery in 2009 I have been trying to get pregnant since and nothing has happen we are in 2013 I had surgery been on prenatal vitimans on conceivable pills and everything u can think of what should I do im so stressed behind this thinking that I cant have kids its stressing me so bad to even think of it doc please give me some advice

thanks I did some research could emotriosis cause u not to get pregnant cause ive tried all fertility meds during the surgery forgot to mention they scraped my tubes I just feel like all hope is gone doc.

I had unexplained infertility and after trying what seems like everything had laparoscopy surgery and during the surgery the doctor did a dye tracer test which showed by tubes were blocked. I agree with consulting a fertility expert.

In laparoscopy the inside of the abdomen and pelvis is visualized without having large incisions in the skin. Laparoscopy is indicated in patients where the cause or symptom cannot be diagnosed by ordinary questioning and examination. You  have been unable to conceive so it is suggested to consult an infertility expert. In that case conditions like blocked fallopian tubes, PID, hormonal imbalances etc should be ruled out. You will need a clinical examination and tests like hormonal assay, basic pelvic scan and thyroid function tests. Further evaluation like HSG, semen analysis of your partner will depend on the previous test results .Do write to me again.
