infertility

I've been Tryn to conceive for along time but been diagnosed with pcos and periods very irregular I haven't had a period since Jan but I'm thinking of trying fertibella I've heard good things but can I start them without me even having my period?

Yes you can take them. Lots of woman ive spoken to have had no or very irregular periods before starting vitex. It supposed to take 2-3months to get into your system but in my experience it was alot less about 3-4wks. I bought mine from a health food/supplement shop but you can get them off amazon. Type vitex into google it will come up with its plant name Angus Castus. There is loads of information on it :-)

Thanks for replying can I take them even tho I'm not having a period I still haven't came on its frustrating I had spotting for a couple days but it was barley but I would really like a baby before its too late lol but u say I can order vitex online

Hi my friend suffers with pcos and was trying for 18months before taking vitex. After 3months taking them he conceived her little boy. You can buy them online or health supplements shops. Hope this helps
