Hi there,
In teratozoospermia there is an increase in sperm with abnormal morphology. Seminal infections, diabetes mellitus, testicular problem, trauma, varicocoele all can cause teratozoospermia. You can try intrauterine insemination, in which the man´s previously capacitated sperm are introduced in the woman’s uterus during ovulation. It is  used in cases with moderate teratozoospermia.Other options in vitro fertilization, in vitro fertilization with intracytoplasmic sperm injection .Patients suffering from this condition should take essential amino acids like L-Carnitine and antioxidants. You can discuss with your doctor about IVF and ICSI.Do seek the opinion of an experienced infertility expert. I hope it helps.
Best luck and regards!
