ive noticed today that i have heavy flows! and a little bit spotting but never get yet its too early ?but my question is ,is the pregnant woman has a period like she suppose too?

If there are 2 lines you are pregnant. It doesn't matter how dark the lines are. You should probably go to a dr and tell them what is going on and they can confirm your pregnancy and if you are having a lot of cramping and bleeding you definitely need to be seen.

I came off the pill last month to ttc and have had unprotected sex several times, however i had a car accident on the 5th october and the doctors had done a blood test to see if i was pregnant and it came up negative.  However, i was 7 days late (i thought that could have been the case anyway as it was my first real period since coming off the pill and since coming off the pill i have been getting cramps and sore nipples) but my period only lasted 2 days and it started of pink and the period then got really heavy and then suddenly stopped after 2 days (prior to the 2 day period my whole boob and nipples where extremely, unexplainably sore unlike usual) Could this be that i am pregnant?? or just symptoms of coming off the pill?? and how soon can i do a pregnancy test?? since i only had the 2 day heavy bleed on friday.

Just want to let all the ladies here know that i was one of those women who posted and desperately wanted to know if implantation could be heavy or light,well i had to find out on my won cause i had different of answer not even my own doctor knew.well to let you all know that 2 yrs ago i was trying to conceive,and everytime i got my period i was sad and angry ...but one day my period was late but negative hpt,my normal period is always heavy with some clogs,(sorry for TMI) well that being said,my period was late but then my period arrived bright red blood with clogs heavy only for a day and half,i didnt do an hpt cause i said*BUMMER! another months i didnt conceive.BUt!! ladies here is the big news..after my one and half day with heavy bright red blood with little clogs ended i dont know i decided to take an hpt on the 3rd day and OMG!!! i saw a freaking BFP i was confuse,shock i couldnt breath and all i thought was but nooo it cant be ,i had my heavy period,so i ran  to the pharmamcist cause the hpt i took was a cheap one,Without using my first morning urine here i go,to do a peeee party,ladies less thna a minute anothe freaking BFP i called my hubby crying but confused...hoew can it be.i went to the e.r on a saturday did blood work and on a monday they told me yes i was indeed pregnant,i asked the nurse but how can it be if i didnt have implantation bleeding light or pink or brown or what ever color it should be,i had a heavy duty bright cloggy red blood with cramps and pain and all..now my son is 1 1/2 healthy smart gorgeous and i had a normal vaginal delivery with no stitches..i wanted to share that nobody really knows the truth or what could be implantation bleeding or not.dont lose hope,i couldnt believe it myself after it happen to me and i proved it..oncne i was corfirm pregnant i didnt have any more period after that heavy flow until i delivered my baby..now i have 4 babay boys but this was the only one that i had a heavy flow..BABY DUST TO ALL YOU TRYING TO CONCEIVE *^j^*  ITS POSSIBLE LIFE ITS SURPRISINF YOU NEVER KNOW.LADIES WE NEVER KNOW..

Everyone on here seems to be confused on this topic. My experiences are: I had spotting throughout the first 3 months of my pregnancy and had to take it very easy. By spotting I mean I could see dark blood when I wiped and not really anything else.
My second pregnancy i was a week late and had all the nausea and other symptoms of being pregnant but was spotting for 3 days so I got the hpt and it was bfp. Then a few days later I started bleeding and didn't want to believe I was mc ing so I went to the ER and it was true, my hormones and ultra sound showed that i had indeed mc but I guess i needed it confirmed. (I bled for 2 days but it was sporatic so I kept telling myself that i was still prenant since I only bled heavy for a little while then started spotting again and it would go back and forth.)
If their are clots and heavy red blood then that is truely a mc. You should always go to ER if pregnant and bleeding because they need to see if the mc is complete and or if it is an etopic pregnancy. (sometimes people can be pregnant with twins and lose only one as well)

ok i am think i am prego and i took every prego test you can think of and all said negative, but one it have a very very faint positive but i am 3 weeks late on my period... i counted it from my last period and i am about about 6  or 7 weeks prego if thats the way the dr's count it i have all the symptoms my breast are really tender and i stay dizzy all the time and get sick when i get something that i did like before and my  belly is starting to swell i got lower abdominal pain and i looked that up online and it said that it could be my ultras stretching  but its only when i lay on my side ....and now i am confused......  and i don't understand it cause i started spotting and then my period got real heavy and it went on for 2 days and i am so confused my family thinks i am going crazy and every time they take me to the ER they do a test and it says i am not prego but i still feel like i am pergo is that possible for me to have a heave flow and still be prego ........

You said in your previous post that AF was due on Tues or Wed, but showed up yesterday. That's a little early, but certainly not a cause for concern. I think I read in another post that your AF's are irregular, so my guess is that's all it is.

One thing that I would like to add and it isn't something pleasant so either way I think you need to go to your doctor or emergency center as soon as you can.  I used to always be very regular with my periods so on the first occasion that I got my period almost two weeks before I should have and like two weeks after I last had it, I worried and took a HPT straight away and it was a BFP but I had an ectopic pregnancy and if you don't get treatment quickly you could be in trouble, I hate to scare you but it's a scary situation if you don't get it seen to fast.

Then the time afterwards, I knew I was pregnant and got a heavy flow which landed up being a M/C.

That all been said, I have heard women to have periods right through their pregnancy but it is NEVER as heavy as your normal period.

If you think you might be pregnant, take a HPT and if it is BFP get help, either way call your doctor.

Just get advice from a professional.

I know you have been trying to get pregnant this month but if you are bleeding a heavy flow it sounds like an early period to me.

i'm not sure i understand you're question.  Are you saying that you're pregnant now and your bleeding alot or are you asking if pregnant women can have heavy periods?  If you're pregnant now, then you shouldn't be bleeding as much as you would for a normal period.  If you are, then call your doctor or go to a local emergency room.  Sometimes pregnant women can spot during the first trimester, but should not be bleeding heavily.  hope this helps.
