Oh and just because my plan doesnt cover it doesnt automatically rule it out under the individual plans. As many of our national accounts do offer such coverage to their employee's.

Thats the same as mine. I work for an insurance company and I dont have infertility coverage. Just the diagnosis and treatment of the underlyining condition. Which is medical to begin with which is covered regardless LOL.
Thankfully I have coverage under my DB plan.
My company offeres individual health plans. I dont know anything about them being
I do national accounts. However if you havent already done so you could try them.
Its www.uhc.com click on family/individual plan. For personal service call 888-545-5205.
Like I said I dont know if it would be covered or not. Good Luck!!!!!

Hi- When did you get layed off? Did you have coverage under your medical plan with employer for IVF? Because you should have been given to option of purchasing cobra. Its usually very expensive. But if you had the IVF coverage paying the premuim for x amt of months to do a cycle would be cheaper that paying out of pocket for IVF.
