can you get a BFP before implantaion

OK, so heres a question..I was just reading about implantation bleeding.  I just realized that I have not gotten that, but have several BFP.  So my question is, can you get a BFP before implantation? Don't have the courage to call doc yet and you girls are all so smart :)  Just got BFP's the last 2 days, took 7 different tests just to be sure LOL.  Thanks in advance. Tina

and to answer your original question. no, you cannot get a bfp prior to implantaion. hcg starts producing rapidly when the embryo implants and that is what hpt's are sensitive to. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

Most people don't even get implantation bleeding. I did not and most people I know have never expereienced that! Relax girl,  you got your BFP, that means everything is all good!!!

its actually rare that you get implantation bleeding.  sometimes it happens but if your getting BFP then no need to wait for blood.
