levels at 6dpt
I transferred 2 5day blasts and now I am 6dpt and have questions. At 3dpt my estrogen was 308, prog over 20, and beta 4.3. I started vivelle patch and estrogen tabs, also needed an HCG booster 1/2cc. Today, I'm 6dpt and my bloodwork results were estrogen 1623, prog over 20, and HCG 86. I know my HCG is high because of the booster but does anyone have any idea how much it would have increased? Of course I'm anxious and trying making myself crazy trying to figure out if I could be pregnant or not.
Sorry to hear that but keep your head up! It's not over with 6 frozen embies! I did a fresh cycle with no luck, a frozen with no luck and twins with my second fresh cycle.
I am out for this month but I have 6 frozen embies to try again with. Good luck :)
Good luck tomorrow! Hope you get great news!! I found out Monday (13dpt) my HCG had gone up to 1753 from 557 on Friday. They're thinking twins but I should find out with ultrasound on Friday! Twins would be fine, I'm just so thankful for one!

Hi. No I did not do a booster. Congrats on your bundle of joy! I tested again last night and this morning and both were still there but faint. I used Answer and EPT. I am going to Walmart to get te Clearblue digital you suggested! Thanks :)
maxwell - I would assume since you did a donor cycle (I did one too) that you didn't do the hcg booster so I believe you're pregnant so much congratulations! It definitely sounds like you're pregnant. If unsure, wait a day or so & take a Clearblue digital. I too did a 5 day transfer (only one embryo), got pregnant and safely delivered a baby boy in April '08. Best of luck on the 3rd!
UUUGHHH! My next appointment is my pregnancy blood test on Sept 3. They are not monitoring any other numbers, This is driving me crazy. I hate not knowing. Glad you got a positive :) That is great news. Hopefully it's a true positive. I started having a yellow brownish discharge today so I am more worried now. I wish my Dr would keep me more informed!
Well really it is too early for HCG but there is still a level and they do it each time for tracking. I'm 38, so our ages are close. I broke down too yesterday and did a HPT, it was positive but then I had to keep in mind that I had the HCG booster last Friday. I had more labwork today and my estrogen is over 2000(good), progesterone over 20(good), and HCG is 293. That has me going crazy because Monday it was 86(3 days after booster so I thought it would be high). Normally the HCG should double every 2 days. Well, after 2 days mine more than doubled from the number I already thought should be high. And the best part, is that the nurse is out this week so the person calling with results really can't answer questions. She just said we'll know more on Friday. Here I go waiting another 2 days. UUGGGHHHH! Keep your head up, this is like a box of chocolates! Next time I'd ask them for E2 and HCG. They have to know this is making us crazy!....the waiting game.
no they did not give estrogen or hcg. Is it to early for hcg readings? I am 40 and did a donor cycle. Had 2 eggs transferred and can't relax to save my life! I don't go back until Sept 3rd. I broke down and poas today even though I knew it was way to early.
Oh yes they are! They just don't tell you! They check Estrogen, Progesterone, and HCG. I did one fresh cycle and BFN, transferred two frozen and BFN, now I'm on another fresh cycle and I'm hoping for BFP but trying not to get my hopes up. Prog 46 is good. They didn't give you your estrogen? Mine was low so I did an HCG booster. Afraid that's why my HCG is 86. Just not sure how much the 1/2cc booster makes it go up.
all they said was my progestrone is 46....I guess they are not checking anything else :(
Hi, I am one day behind you! I went this morning for my first blood draw. I am so nervous. I will get my numbers today between 12-3. I also transferred 2 5 day blast.
