No.  The egg is out of the ovary by the time it begins to fill with fluid.  It will be well down the tubes and not even hear the rushing of the waters.

I'm pretty sure I get cysts when I ovulate, I've had one before that ruptured. Could this be preventing me from getting pregnant?

Sounds like ovulation to me.  You might be developing a fluid-filled cyst on the side where you ovulated, especially if you've been having sex (the penis can bonk on the ovary and make it a bit swollen, and if so it is more likely to close on the pore where the egg shot out, and the follicle can fill with water. Those can hurt a bit until they drain.

I started getting really Crampy/achy about 5 months ago right at ovulation time every month and I had never felt it before that so it probably is ovulation related.

I get them sometimes after ovulation for a few days but a lot of woman have said that can be a sign of pregnancy (implantation and uterus stretching)
