missed period with slightly yellow discharge?

I've been trying to get pregnant and I started taking prenatal vitamins about a month or so ago. I'm currently about 3 days late and I've taken a pregnancy test and it was negative. My lower back hurts and so do my breasts.. could I still be pregnant anyway?? I really hope I am. Does anyone have advice? How much longer should I wait to take a test?

I take and have taken centerum. You can ask your pharmacy. I ask and they order it for me. I think it's like 12$ and lasts about a month. They have fish oil too which is good fir your heart.

I can't answer your question. But I do have a question for you :) Taking prenatal vitamins can help conceive? I have been trying for awhile and can't conceive my husband and I are worried but haven't asked a doctor yet.
