natural things to get AF going?
My friend is on CD 42 and the dr is going to start her on clomid when he can get her last full chart. Does anyone know of anything that will help her start? She has acess to just about anything but would like to do it without going to the dr.
Provera is usually prescribed. But that just sheds the lining.
I don't think there is any way to "naturally" start AF unless your body starts developing a follicle to release another egg...then AF will come naturally after the luteal phase.
