Im a 29 male, i have severe low sperm count and motility but all other readings are good except for the RBCs and WBCs count which is my question. I have made many tests and undergone varicoselectomy before 9 months but all my tests showed no improvment but they all had high WBC&RBC. I believe they are immature Sperms because i made Urine and Semen Culture tests and they were negative. RBC=0.5x10^9/L  WBC=0.87x10^9/L  Pus cells=20-25HPF.   Is there any relation of these immature cells to my case(what or in which part might be the defect? Any recommendations or treatments)

Thanks alot for your replies, I have not received such motivations since i started all this one year ago. I had Varicocele and operated succefully 11 months back. I had a good but not enough increase in sperm count after 6 months exactly but then came back down. Then i started antibiotic coarse with no benefit. Finally and before two and a half months i started Lcarnitine, Clomid 50, Vit C, Vit E, Zinc, coQ10, selenium, and a multivitamin for a month and half. I checked recently and results were no different. I was hoping to get some information on my high WBCs/RBCs profile but I will try to stick to these vitamins for 4 to 5 months and then see. my husband was non-obstructive azoospermic..no sperm was found in semen ananlysis ...sperm was extracted throught  tesa procedure --we also went throuh ivf becoz of this male  factor but the ivf failed and after that failure we started with to do some researches and tried accupouncture ,vitamins(super nutritious men's simply one,l-arginine,l-lysene,flax seed oil,omega 3,vitamin c 500,vitamin e 400 iu ,l-carnitine,clomid every alternative day)  and after doing all this for last 4/5 months in his recent semen analysis everything is perfect rather more than normal..so hope now we concieve naturally.. good luck...hope this helps u..any qsn feel free to ask
