okay i know that nobody can tell me my exact ovulation day but i started my period today, and i heard that for most people its 14 days after they started af. but i wasn't sure if it was the day you started or the day you ended your af to start counting 14 days. HELP
The day that you start your af is day one....most people ovulate on day 14 from there.
