Hi there,
The most common type of breast pain is related to the monthly cycle. Hormonal changes during the second half of the cycle causes lumpy and tender breasts. There may be sensations in the breast or nipples during ovulation. Sore breasts along with missed periods, vaginal discharge can be an indication of pregnancy. It is suggested to wait for your periods. If you miss them take up urine/blood test for pregnancy. If the symptoms are severe consult a gynecologist for evaluation. Keep me posted with more information.
Take care and regards!
