False Positive OPK?

I had two postive OPKs on Day 19, but Day 21 progesterone levels were 4.5.  Was it too soon to test? Did I not ovulate though I had 2 positive tests?

I am glad that you like your doctor.  I hope the Femara works for you especially considering the costs of IVF.  Keep me posted.

As for me, my nausea is really bad this week.  I am traveling for work and it seems like being in the airplane is intensifying it.  Maybe it's the cabin pressure - not so sure, but it's not easy acting normal around co-workers feeling like this.  I am not complaining though, we are very lucky, it's just something to deal with.

Good luck!

Hi, I really like my new doctor. We decide I would do a cycle of Fermara and if it doesn't work, then injectables.  I am consider IVF if I respond well to injectables.  I have used Fermara before with my last doctor, but haven't since Jan.  How are you feeling?

No, I'm not going in until the 29th which makes me nervous.  I asked especially since my progesterone was low on Day 21, but they said no.  I am not happy with this doctor's office, but feel like I am stuck at this point.

SSBD to you too!  Good luck with the new Dr.

WOW, that is great news!!!  I am just starting a new cycle and will meet a new dr tomorrow.

Sending you sticky baby dust!  Is your dr going to do a blood test to check your levels before Nov. 29? That is a long time to wait.

Well, I got a positive HPT this past Sunday.  It's crazy and I am finding it really hard to believe.  Until I get into the doctor (which isn't until Nov. 29), I won't believe it.  We are just praying the test was correct and this pregnancy stays healthy.

If they stay over 98 for 18 days, it is likely you are pregnant.  Once mine start coming down, AF arrives.  Everyone is different, but for me, once I hit the 97s again, I know I am out for the cycle.

Ok, so my temps have gone up the last two days to 98.34 both days.  How long do temps generally stay up?

Great, keep watching those temps.  They are doing fine, and hopefully they will go up some in a day or two!

Yes, my temps are in the 98s, but barely.  The last three days:  98.11, 98.17, 98.04, but they are higher.

Being on Clomid had me ovulate later than without it.  So, if OPK positive on day 19, then yes you ovulated cd 20 or cd 21 for sure!  Temps do help, are you in the 98s now?

Thanks for the reply!  I am not sure how long my cycle is because I am irregular.  I took two rounds of 50mg Clomid with no success.  This past cycle I was on 100mg Clomid and I am not sure it was successful.  The doctor wanted my progesterone to be in the high teens which it obviously wasn't, but I am afraid she tested too soon.  The OPKs were positive on Day 19 and I stopped testing at that point.  Based on my BBT, I may have ovulated on Day 22.  Not really sure and not getting any help from the doctor.

Progesterone over 2 means you ovulated.  How long is your cycle?  If your cycle is 28 days, I would start testing around cycle day 10.  If you have a longer cycle, start testing later, but adjust.  From your period you probably ovulated 10-14 prior.
