prenatal vitamins and nausea
So we are ttc and I have been taking prenatal vitamins for just aver 2 weeks now has anyone experienced nausea and vomiting from taking them or could it just be a coincidence? Thanks for any advice or suggestions
Try a different brand that may help even try the gummy ones those maybe better for you
All vitamins make me sick, prenatal or regular didn't matter. I was actually told to take them right before bed. Then my body will be asleep when i digest them so i won't feel as bad. it has really helped me out.
I have never had vomiting but nausea with the prenatal vitamins. You might want to take them with food and/or try a different brand that is easier on your stomach. I had to go through a number of them because they made me sick.
