prenatal vitamins
We are starting Ivf in august and my dr wants me to start prenatal vitamins but not sure what is the best one to take
My dr just told me to get vitamins with dha, i was just curious what others were taking. I heard one a day prenatal was good
talk to the doctor to see if they can recommend some. I take a chewable one, as I have a hard time with swallowing them. before starting the ivf treatment my re gave me a list of vitamins and supplements and the amounts needed. The brand etc... was up to me.
the doctor will prescribe what they want you to take. they are all about the same from a content of vitamine's that are provided.
