I also got REALLY sick when I took mine no matter what time of day or emtpy/full stomach.  My dr. finally gave me some differnt sample vitamins and I tried some and picked the one that didn't make me sick. He wrote me a prescription for Vitafol and they are wonderful (at least for me).  They are a little more expensive than over the counter ($20 for a months worht) but with the way my body reacted it was worth it. Good luck!!

Mine also say that you should take on an empty stomach because feeling sick is a common side effect.  They also suggest eating crackers to help with the sick feeling.  I take mine at night, too, though, so I'm pretty much sleeping minutes after I take it...

I take a brand called Pregnancy Plus multivitamin.  You take one a day...I take it with food...and they don't bother my stomach at all.

I take Natelle EZ and they are advertised and produced to be "ez" (get it?! LOL!) on the stomach. I haven't had a single problem with them.
