I've heard preseed. I will look right now!   I Don't think I produce very much cm but its just one of many problems.  I'm trying to fix things one at a time. Thank You

Are you having problems with CM.  If so, try Preseed or some of Momma Kath's herbs for increasing CM.  IMO.

Thank you.  My Doc told me to take the progesterone(oral biodentical) my entire cycle because my numbers usually don't reach one.( This makes me very nervous so i still went off it during AF)could taking it this long balance out other issues and cause the  positive change in CM?  What do you think?  Thanks

Progesterone shouldn't increase cm. That is more of a function for estrogen. The Lp is dominated by progesterone and that time is after o, when cm has dried up. It is possible that during the Lp, the corpus luteum can produce small amts of estrogen(even though it's main output is progesterone)and cause false fertile looking cm. HTH
