Has anyone had this?

AF showed this morning, so now we are going to give IVF one shot (we can't afford multiple attempts) but I am wondering if anyone has had the following experience...

For the last day or two (including today), I have had pains in my ovary area that feels the same as it does when I am about to ovulate....any idea what the pain could be from?

Thanks...

I was thinking the same as Brandi. Very possible a cyst. Especially since you were overstimulated. It's a very common s/e. I get them, too. Mine have always gone away on their own.

Since I will be starting the process for IVF, I am pretty sure that I will get a baseline u/s...but this cycle was an off-cycle due to the overstimulation from the injectables and I guess that I am just scared that there are still cysts and I will be out for the IVF too..

I am losing my insurance at the end of the year, so we are trying to 'get it in' so that we don't have to pay AS much...if that makes sense..

yes, i have same pain as you.  Sometimes when i pressed my fingers to ovary, i can feel hard size ball inside.  It's very painful to press.  I still not able to fingure out why is the pain.  Is it could be our ovary try to prepare for follicles.  whos know.

good luck.
