trigger shot and BD

hello, i had my trigger shot yesterday(tuesday) after a v scan  my gyn saw 2 matured foliciles measuring 23.7 mm and 21mm but this morning i noticed my discharge was really stretchy though the gyn said i should BD on thrusday and friday which is 36-50 hours after the shot but i feel i might be ovulating before thrusday evening that he asked me to BD so do u think i can bd in the early  hours of tomorrow (Thrusday around 1to 2 am) to increase my chances pls i need ur advice.

i took the trigger shot around 5.30 pm on tuesday but opk showed postive on wednesday night but had serious cramps on thrusday morning so hopefully i ovulated on thrusday like the doc. said.

What time did you have your trigger yesterday? Most women ovulate about 36 hours after the trigger. Maybe you could BD this afternoon instead of tonight, and then another one tomorrow afternoon. Good luck!

he does not the doctor just said if he abstains from BD for like 3 days it allows the sperm  to build up more.
