PLEASE HELP< IS IT MY PERIOD OR IMPLANTATION BLEEDING!!!!!!

I am so confused , september 3, 2011 i got my period,but only got it for that one day, then waited a week got a pt came back NEG. then on  september 24 had intercorse and when i wiped noticed a very light spotting. the thing is my period is not due until the 30 of this month. my period always comes on time.
also need to add that before that one day incident on sept,3 my BREAST has been hurting, they seem bigger, and are heavy.
PLEASE HELP ANY FEED BACK would be appritiated. TTC for about 7 years now.

Thank you so much  for getting back to me. just want to let you know that i did go to my gynecologist yesterday,and i told him that i got my period for one day on sept 3rd then got my period again on the 24th, and his response was, ohhh that means you are not ovulating.....so he gave CLOMID today is my 3rd day taking it. he is a fertility specialist and i told that i want  to do IUI
i guess that's why hes preparing for. i will keep you posted.

Main causes of spotting between periods could be due to ovulation, implantation bleeding during pregnancy, infection in an area of the body related to menstruation (including the vagina, the cervix and even the bladder).

Other causes could be polycystic ovarian syndrome, diseases of pituitary gland, hormonal imbalance of estrogen and progesterone and uterine abnormalities like fibroid and  cervical dysplasia. Get your serum HCG levels done or do a highly sensitive urine for pregnancy test to clear the status of your pregnancy.
