MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
All the symptoms you have mentioned are suggestive of a pregnancy. Hence it would be best to take a home pregnancy test and find out. The symptoms can be quite distressing in the first 2 to 3 months of pregnancy. These will then pass off. Dietary modification and use of antacids will give so e relief.
The answer is based on information provided. Exact advice is not possible without a proper examination and investigations. You are requested to consult your Doctor. Take care and keep us posted.
