Whats the best way to find out are you ovaluate?
I got pregnant by checking the ovulation calcs on google an also watching my mucus. Then have sex from two days before on and after ovulation...also after sex try not to wash and put a pillow under your back with your knees up 30 mins then sleep. That done the trick with me after only two months of trying :)
You can look up mucus chart its the best way and see the discolor of your discharge etc or dl a period app which is not always correct but still helps. It give u an idea about when.
I think its first response or something sells ovulation kits u just pee on the stick and it tells u
You can get ovulation kits from the pharmacy. I used them to help predict my ovulation.
Look up on Google ovulation calculator then put your last period in and it will tell u when the best time to conceive is it worked for me I'm having my second baby! :) good luck to you!
