MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It may be difficult to confirm anything without a clinical examination. If a woman has sex during ovulation there are high chances of conceiving. Ovulation predictor kits can help determine when you ovulate. A sperm can live for up to 5 days in the uterus and that is why a woman can get pregnant if they ovulate within 5 days after intercourse.  Infertility can be due to male causes or female causes.PID, blockage of fallopian tube, ovulation dysfunction; hormonal imbalances all can affect fertility. Decreased sperm motility, decreased sperm count, varicocoele, advanced age all can affect male fertility. Take a balanced diet and adopt healthy lifestyle. Avoid stress and exercise daily. Reduce weight if you are overweight. It is suggested to consult an infertility expert. You will need a clinical examination and tests like hormonal assay, basic pelvic scan and thyroid function tests. Further evaluation like HSG, semen analysis of your partner will depend on the previous test results. Consult an infertility expert. Do keep me posted.
Best luck and regards!
