So I'm trying to have a baby and havent tried before any advice
basically the first day of your period is CD1 So from CD9 to CD21 every other day you have relations with your SO and that will give you the best chances to conceive. You can do ovulation kits if you want but as long as it is every other day during those dates you are going to cover your ovulation day.
every other day from CD9-21.... more than that and his swimmers dont recoup enough for the journey.
