vitex, black cohosh, wild yam root combined.

I don't even know where to begin. 3 years ago, I got my period like clockwork. Then all of the sudden out of nowhere, they became farther and farther apart. I went to the doctor, twice, she looked at me and said everything looked normal, both times. They ultimately became absent from Dec 2013 until literally 3 months ago. I began a ketogenic diet cutting out all sugar and simple carbs on August 23, and started taking black cohosh, vitex, omega complex, fish oil, a multivitamin and a few other things here and there like biotin or probiotics. I'm not kidding I started my period after not having one for almost 3 years, on August 25th. 2 days after beginning this new regime. It was scanty, but it was mine and I was so happy. My husband even cried a little. I didn't have another period until October 11th, but it was healthy! Like it used to be.I've lost 30 pounds, and things were going great! Then I recently added wild yam root, my herbalist said it was fine. I've literally only been taking it for two days. I figured it was early enough in my cycle, I read somewhere to cut off vitex and wild yam root right before your period, or when you start your period if you don't know when that should be.  I started spotting and cramping a little today. Is the wild yam root too much? Should I cut all of my dosages in half? I'm freaking out!!!!! I know irregular spotting is a thing, but 2 days after adding the wild yam root? I guess I'm just asking for personal experiences and thoughts.
