Hi there, me and my husband are trying to conceive for 3yrs, i have PCOS, my ob recomend me to take metformin for 1 month, is this gud? Am i going to be pregnant with that metformin? For how oong i would wait for the reault? Anyone knows about this, help!

My gynecologost said my endometrium is thick, both ovaries are polycystic, am confused if im going to get pregmamt, ivf here in the philippines are expensive, my ob said she will be performing ivf, but my husband and i cant afford the ivf, is there any chamces for me to get pregnant?
